      I do not see any pros for working for Preferred Bank, unless you have no other employment opportunities.

      Cons

      Asian managers have no soft skills and/or emotional intelligence in dealing with subordinates. Workload is inhuman and the pay is very-very low.

      Great hours, great benefits, upper management works hard and are really trying to help

      Some lower level managers can be tough and not easy to deal with, be aware
