Wok with the public. Can see clearly the impact of your contributions to society. Overall, very dedicated people to a public sector institution.

Very bureaucratic, almost stagnant. Many people not only don´t want to do their job, but won´t let you do yours (you have to almost overhaul these). Depends completely on the administration (the mayor in power). If this guy is good and know public management, it will be good, other ways, not so good.
