      In low level management there are good employees and working hard to reach the goal and vision of the organization

      Cons

      The senior leadership didn't have transparency with the employees and just thought about themselves, there was a merging of the organization with SFCG ,only the senior team moved to the new organization while they fired more than 100 employees in Iraq.

      Good ethics in local community led engagement for project design.

      Cons

      Initial pay was 1/2 of industry standard for an international small NGO. Cultural dynamics were unhealthy for a long time, and this heavily impacted the capacity of the organization. There seems to be growth in the space of recent.
