      Some of the guys are excellent humans being.

      Cons

      The administrative team is horrible, bad management, zero consideration with the oldest in the company and then fired to hire someone who makes less money. It is a nest of wasps.

      Ivan is a great boss, lots of company events

      Inner culture was toxic, a lot of power struggles between who was the boss when Ivan was not around. Senior management has no people skills, a lot of screaming...
