      Limited resources to learn. Real-time projects are not there. focuses on marketing.

      The company's main focus is on marketing its own product. Giving presentations or workshops to universities and convey them to purchase the software. For the statistician position no work related to statistics. they will give marketing work to the statistician. No respect for the employees.

      Pros

      It is good company to work. If you join as fresher then beast place , you will get so much of challanges, new technologies to implement. You have full freedom to use any technology provides that must be the highly avaiable in the market. There is no extera hour of work. They pay on time.

      Cons

      Increment is not good. Recognition is very rarely identified.
