      Pros

      Really live by the Friends and Family value, from the CEO down. Proactive in helping you when you're going through tough times or encouraging you to celebrate the good times. Manager is very supportive and go well above what's expected. Great developer experience and attention to the tools makes your day to day life as an engineer enjoyable. Beautiful office space

      Cons

      In some respects its definitely a startup, and feels like there isnt enough people to do everything. Lots of competing priorities, support and research for small teams to do Some of what we build doesnt get sold or used and doesnt reflect the hype or effort that went into it
