      Pros

      The people are friendly for the most part.

      Cons

      They will tell you you’re doing a great job one minute and then terminate your employment the next minute. Some people will tell you if you did something incorrect to your face while others will send you an email in which they cc the entire company. There is petty jealousy with some employees.

      Pros

      The management, work-life balance and work itself at Predator group are all positives. It is a great place to be apart of a team, one that you actually like. They do annual reviews and often give out raises if you preform appropriately. It is a company that gives at it grows.
