Future is dismal. - Anonymous employee Precor Employee Review

Precor's business is rapidly declining. I am extremely concerned for the future of this company. It is very sad to see as Precor has good products but terrible leadership. No one is on the same page, management brushes off employee concerns, and Precor runs extremely lean due to lack of budget (which has been the case for the last 2 years). We just completed voluntary and involuntary layoffs, now what? No one knows. Overall, employees feel underappreciated, confused and unmotivated. This place is becoming a joke. The "heart and soul" of Precor has been lost.
