Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback. I’m sorry that you didn’t have a great experience in your time at Precoa. We have received similar feedback in the past and want you to know that we are actively working to improve some of the issues that you addressed. Specifically when it comes to clear and fair career progression, we have been working to equip our managers with tools that can be used to effectively communicate with employees. While we have by no means perfected these processes, I want you to know that we have taken your feedback to heart and are working every day to make Precoa a place where all of our employees feel valued and appreciated
