      Pros

      Great engineering team with good management that works well together. Willing to provide the right tools to get designs done. Nice variety of projects. Inputs well received and incorporated for product design. Relaxed corporate culture with good work life balance.

      Cons

      Decent benefit package for a small company but not as strong as at a large corporation.

      Pros

      All around great place to work. Many of the employees have worked at Preco for more than 10 years, some for much longer. As with many smaller companies, there are lots of opportunities to wear different hats, and to learn and develop new skills on a variety of projects.

      Cons

      Like other smaller companies, there are few opportunities for advancement into management, however, there is plenty of room to grow within your role.
