      Pros

      Preco has an unique product to safe and protect lives. It's a wonderful place to work and flexible on those with a family. Boise has reasonable cost of living and is a great place to raise a family. The company offers health benefits like a larger company would, but it is small and close knit.

      Pros

      All around great place to work. Many of the employees have worked at Preco for more than 10 years, some for much longer. As with many smaller companies, there are lots of opportunities to wear different hats, and to learn and develop new skills on a variety of projects.

      Cons

      Like other smaller companies, there are few opportunities for advancement into management, however, there is plenty of room to grow within your role.
