No real cons, here are the pain points for employees that do not work out. This is a growing company. There can be growing pains at times. Some cannot manage wearing multiple hats in their role. Autonomy is given but with the autonomy comes responsibility and delivering on what you need to do in your role. Some have trouble because we fix complex problems. that is challenging. Core values matter deeply. If an employee does not fit the core values, they don't work out. It's that simple.

Competitive wages compared to the market. Ideas and opinions are not only listened to, they are considered and implemented, so all employees feel that they have a voice. All positions have clear and defined roles and responsibilities, so I know what is expected of me on a daily basis. The owner believes in growing your skills and is willing to invest in his employees to learn.
