      Performance based compensation. Good company for people who want to work hard, earn based on merit and grow professionally, bad choice for someone who expect to get more based on tenure.

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a con, but quality and performance monitored. If performance is not up to par - you better have a good explanation.

      Exposed to many interesting electronics and robotics parts. Fellow employees were very nice and welcoming.
