Pros
If you're in the right spot, you can do well if you work hard. I enjoy what I do, and I like the people I work with. My office will go out of its way to help you out if they can.
Cons
The company's structure is strange. They like to make up positions and sub out all of the work. It burns out the good field workers who are stuck going behind the sub-labor to fix their work.
