Pros

learn the ins and outs of watches, one of the most open companies when it comes to their cost, and pretty friendly people to work with.

Cons

Management never follows through with their "leveling" up the latter. The training manual says that you should be level 2 certified after 90 days, and level 3 certified after 120 days, but it can take up to 6 months to cert someone. and its only after one year or the level 3 certification that you can see any chance of getting a pay increase. Because its only the DM that can cert someone and they never seem to take the time.

Pros

Fixing and learning about watches is really fun. Seeing new and different watches that come into the store from the customers is really interesting. Precision Time has a great setup for that. Excellent opportunity to learn actual sales strategies.

Cons

They overcharge for most of the basic services they offer, and the customers hate it. The employment system is garbage. The only reason I stayed there as long as I did was because my manager knew it to and was pretty cool guy to help mitigate it the atrocity that is corporate. No growth opportunity. Shrinking commission structure. Minimum wage pay doesn't match work. No real reward for hitting impossible sales goal unless you're a manager.
