I had joined as a system engineer at Indore location where I had learnt and improved my knowledge and skills under guidance of senior Team members. 1. Initially they had given me some training to work in server and firewall as I was having desktop and network support knowledge 2. After training completion I was handling freely so i got more opportunity to learn,understand and resolve all type issues within SLA. 3. Salary received within time without any delay. 4. Monthly team meeting to understand and improve working and knowledge. 5. Flexible working hours (as per client suitability). 6.Supporting HR team. 7. Salary they are offering as per experience and knowledge.
Cons
6 days working which need to reduce for 5 days as it's IT company and already in corporate they are having 5 days working so need to fallow same rule for all who are working at client location.
