Great Place to Work - Manager Precision Task Group Employee Review

PTG listens to their employees. There is still room for growth despite being a smaller wd partner. Compensation is great. I really like our CEO - I find that he is an honest person and cares about his employees.

Not too many company culture activities but in my opinion this isn't a bad thing and tends to waste money. I would rather get paid more than have a pizza party & PTG tends to pay more overall. Work life balance could be better, but this is the WD ecosystem so any good consultant is going to get stacked with more work.

they sound great on paper

fake startup culture to get you to work more for less back stab culture leadership cliques no structure bad attitudes all around not sure if they even want the company to succeed at this point
