      Flexibility. Good to great pay. Opportunities to learn and grow. Structural department is on an upward trajectory. Everyone is super nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Work environment still feels sleepy (but getting better). Workload is uneven (lots of feast-or-famine). Little vision or direction from senior management.
