Cons
Awful company culture. Direct managers don’t invest in their reports (at least that was the case for me). From day one, I think I had just a handful of 1:1s with my direct manager that lasted more than five minutes. The project managers are just as bad—seriously the most intense micromanaging I’ve ever experienced—it caused me serious mental and emotional anguish and leadership does not care. The culture is fake, cliquey, petty, and often downright mean—at all levels. Avoid!
