Pros
PRG has been such a great company to work for, from being sold the benefits in my interview to actually receiving them! It's rare that the people in a company can be so supportive and nice even when you are not in their team and they have no need to help. This has been one of my favourite things about the company - the people and the support you are given from Consultant to Director level. Of course, all of the incentives, and team socials like SPA days, theme parks, fine dining, holidays, and charity fundraisers definitely help to keep you motivated too! The company really take the employee's feedback on board to make changes moving forward. This is something really important to me, as the company is actively trying to improve and better itself, for example adding neurodiversity into all training! Overall, a great company to work for :)
