      Pros

      this company has allowed for me to get a W2 and a few hours, but that is about it.

      Cons

      Poor leadership skills on the part of the owners. they didn't provide proper equipment which became hazardous when he refused to replace them. I ended up having to bring my own tools to work, they are also not consistent with the hours they promised.
