PPG is a very enjoyable place to work - There is a good culture of friendliness and family oriented environment. This provides an environment which encourages communication and most importantly for me a reason to come to work every day. Our CEO is someone I work with on a daily basis and he is very accommodating on personal matters, has an open door policy, encourages communication and consults regularly and is an excellent leader for the company.
