      there is no pros except you do not have a job and want to have pay check for a while

      Cons

      Terrible company with crazy CEO. People are fired without a notice. the CEO fired two COOs in 6 months. Turnover rate is high. Simple food safety basics even is not followed in the plant. They do not have products but claim they have it. CEO wants staff to work 7 days a week and there is not any respect for your personal life.
