Cons
Extremely long work hours for little to no pay. basically illegal for how long you work for and for the little to no money you get. I worked for 5 days from 8am to 7pm and got £20. You stand outside or in the store all day trying to get sign ups for charities or companies. The company should be investigated as it runs off a pyramid scheme where the more employees you sign up and train the more money you get as you take some of their commissions. The higher up you are the more money you get but no one is at the higher bands apart from the owner who receives a lot of money. My trainer had only been there for 3 months and for that company, apparently that was very long as the turn over rate is extremely high. They operate on getting new starts to do a few free days of work then dropping out and getting a batch of new people in. I wish I reported them at the time as what they do is highly illegal. Most people do not last over a year and the ones that do are just going off empty promises from the boss that lies and gives them empty promises of promoting them to a higher band.
