      Pros

      While working at Precision IT I have gained an amazing amount of knowledge working with various different types of technology. The work environment is a team approach with a fun and outgoing atmosphere. I’ve never had a job before where I felt so comfortable talking with anyone above me no matter how menial or important the situation may be. Yes, Precision IT does expect their employee’s to be dedicated, but it is absolutely awarded with training opportunities.

      Cons

      Considering this is an IT consulting firm, there will be some late night and stressful situation. However you’re never left alone, there is always support to be found.

      Pros

      Probably the best management I've ever worked with. All concerns addressed and questions understood. Best team atmosphere I have ever seen, the major focus remains on results for the customer.

      Cons

      Security hoops slow down the process of helping people out but are necessary, but this causes headaches eventually. Demanding clients due to the nature of the business, cant be avoided so every contingency must be taken over the smallest or irrelevant item. Some more permanent staff could have made a large difference in the workload as it was at times, immense.

      You do learn but that’s where it ends. Co-workers were great for the most part.

      Cons

      No reviews annually. Promises never kept.
