Questionable - Software Engineer Precision Fluid Controls Employee Review

They're disorganized; they don't know who is doing what. Management is always unavailable to train new people. Nothing is documented; people will do the same job but in different ways. No consistency. They will fire you under the guise of "performance" after a few weeks if they decide they can't afford your healthcare. Avoid at all costs. The CEO has a weird thing for only hiring male engineers. This place lacks diversity. Also, most of the people there have not been working there a long time. Questionable.
