No employee interaction, promises not fulfilled, no time for employee problems, monthly meeting runs into a beat down session and lies from the leaders, small office is depressing and owner/executives have no integrity. Leads employees to believe the office is peaceful and Christian like; far from that. Owner gossips', only cares for him and his click of employees and the rest of the employees are hung out to dry and expected to perform with now review or raise. All employees sit behind their closed doors and create a miserable work environment. Half the office is filled with "Executives" that gossip about all problems and only care to take care of themselves. Don't expect a fair environment!!
