Pros

Strong mission and values are at the core of our team. People are highly technical, clear experts in their fields. Everyone is very respectful and friendly. People have the same common-goals and will help you achieve your goals and objectives without introducing barriers of any kind. There is an understanding of work-life balance and the different out-of-work commitments of family living. Healthcare coverage and equity are excellent. I enjoy working here.

Cons

Working at a startup has challenges and requires you to adjust and be flexible. We are still a small team, so you might need to work on areas that might be outside of your typical assignments. The team is aware of that and we approach our jobs with that in mind. The good thing is that you will always find someone in the team who can help you.

Pros

Precision is building cutting edge brain-computer interface technology that will impact the lives of millions of people who are living with neurological conditions. This ambitious technology and mission are complimented by Precision's work culture. The people at Precision are energetic, kind, and compassionate making this work environment unlike any other company I've been apart of.

Cons

Precision believes in work-life respect, which may or may not come with balance. The work being done demands a lot of it's employees both in effort and time. That environment is not for everyone.

Pros

The company has a growing team of experts that can and does solve unique problems, with a highly collaborative problem solving culture. The mission and philosophy of the company (truly patient focused, balancing significant innovation with minimizing risk) isn't really something you can find elsewhere.

Cons

Growth at the company can present challenges like many others, and as problems and resources settle people still end up wearing many hats. Systems and processes to match our growth will eventually get there, but we're definitely in transition.
