Pros
Some of the colleagues are nice and helpful. Some of the clients are very nice and easy to work with.
Cons
High turnover. No training/onboarding. Sink or swim environment. Placed in front of clients and tasked with performing (at a high level) responsibilities in which you have no prior experience. If you fail, they try to put you on a Positive Counseling Process (aka Performance Improvement Plan or PIP). Asked to mislead clients by lying about how much experience you have and/or how long you've been with the company. Management doesn't provide the resources, tools, training, or shadowing to succeed and punishes you for failing in the role. They take no responsibility for putting you in a position to fail - you get the blame. I was aware of the high turnover prior to joining but foolishly joined anyway. Big mistake. Now I understand why so many people have left. No 401k match. Average benefits.
