      The owner will take advantage of you, pay you as little as possible. He is never around and will yell at you in front of everyone when he is.

      Pros

      Upper management is very willing to listen to ideas and is open to discussion about most things, especially with regards to work-life balance. Quite a bit of flexibility available with scheduling.

      Cons

      Can be a fair bit of directional change. Somewhat out of the way if you don't live near downtown Seattle. Not much diversity in day-to-day situations unless specific projects appear. Upward mobility very limited given company size.
