Pros

Friendly environment, coworkers are quick to help with anything. Compensation is fair for the quality department. PTO usually always approved. Management or office jobs are usually internal hires, always room for growth. The company itself is constantly growing so there’s always work. Easy job to learn.

Cons

Compensation for general production isn’t a livable wage. Pay raises is not based on years dedicated to the company. Bonuses are never a thing despite constantly beating company monthly profit records or constantly overworked. Customer service is always promising deadlines that cannot be achieved. Communication between departments isn’t good especially being in quality constantly butting heads with all the other departments. Supervisors tend to be people with the least experience or knowledge over people who have had years within the company. Mandatory overtime is constantly going on, almost went a year working every Friday. Overtime is always worse on quality’s team than other areas. PTO accrual rates are garbage, insurance isn’t great.

Pros

Comfortable group of people to work with easy to get along. Somewhat flexible scheduling of shifts is possible. Can go to school and they will work with you.

Cons

They have a few things to work on like any company, some glaring and not so glaring. Communication from top down could improve. They should try to get input from the people doing the work from all shifts.
