      No pros besides having a job

      Cons

      Company is extremely dishonest to customers. Forges test results of products and alters products without notifying clients. Racist and sexist executives (all 3 current). No benefits. Poor work environment. No trust in employees. Very unfortunate companies like this are in business, but this one will probably go bankrupt soon as they have lost all their customers.

      Pros

      Always had work to do, Learned a lot about general contracting specialties, Talked to many people throughout the work day.

      Cons

      Sometimes work slowed down meaning work that needed to be done got repetitive, Powders we worked with were very dirty and hard to clean off of clothes.

      New concepts and ideas are introduced frequently.

      Cons

      The execution of new technologies and concepts are not thought out when introduced to production as well as safety concerns. Lack of understanding and communications between chief officers and technical staff.
