Pros

Everyone is kind and helpful. The company is highly valued for its culture/community of people that work there. Often given great responsibility upfront and they are very open to feedback and allowing people to be more autonomous and bring solutions to the forefront to make the company better. Everyday looks different.

Cons

Work-life balance is not upheld very well. Most, if not all, are stretched very thin. Not enough people to balance the workload, but you are expected to deliver in short time constraints. The business analysts are expected and held accountable to juggle too many hats with little support and it's very easy to be burnt out within months of employment.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
