Pros

There aren't any to note.

Cons

Where do I start? The unforgiving hours and schedule? It seems like every damn day is launch mode and there's some Urgent request that must be done, there's absolutely no way it can wait until the next day. Requests are coming in non-stop after working hours to the point where you feel guilty taking PTO. This is a cult-like organization that doesn't care about you. They embody what they call "Precision Principles" and have these long "all-staff" meetings (90 minutes Long! Hello, we are in launch mode 24/7! ). that serve as a front for how terrible they are. The ERP transition that took place did not help at all. The software was about as useful as a fax machine in the digital age. You will hate life if you work here. Management will not even show an ounce of appreciation towards you. The part that bothered me the most was the lack of communication. Management does not communicate! You are treated like a Nike sweatshop employee. You are asked to work crazy hours to the point where you are mentally drained and you don't matter. You won't receive an ounce of appreciation from Management. You're simply not treated like a human being. Run away as fast as you can and don't look back.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
