9yThanks for your review! Because of feedback like this, we have recently changed the compensation plan for our sales teams, adding higher hourly base pay and revenue participation. We think that this new comp plan is much better for both our customers and our sales reps: It should allow for talented salespeople to bring in higher paychecks than the previous plan, and reward positive customer interactions instead of high-pressure "hard sales" tactics.
