The worst care company ever - Support Worker Precious Homes Employee Review

I have worked with this company for over six years, and in my experience, favouritism is very common. At Mulberry and Elderberry Court in Birmingham, I have observed concerning practices. Staff members and service users are not always treated fairly, and there appears to be selective favouritism that can lead to some staff being indirectly targeted or bullied. I believe the CQC should carry out a visit and investigation to properly review the situation and ensure appropriate standards are being maintained.
