Employees in the floor are great.

Shields manufacturing changed all their online identity over to Precinmac in hopes to avoid a negative review. Their new plant manager is toxic and doesn’t value skilled machinists because he has no precision manufacturing experience. He bosses instead of leading his people. He doesn’t inspire or motivate. He leads by trying to instill fear. Skilled machinists and green button pushers are all the same in his eyes. Swing shift supervisor isn’t much better either. Doesn’t have any machining experience so she doesn’t know the value of skilled machinist. If you kiss her ring, she will be loyal to you and will promote you even if you crash machines.
