When I started at Pre-Employ, I was new to the industry and had little no background or experience. Pre-Employ saw this as an opportunity to invest in my education and professional development. From my first day, I have been apart of extensive in house training sessions, boot camps and I was even apart of a 5 week long training program from a professional consultant that they had set up for entire sales team. For someone who loves to learn and be challenged it was a perfect opportunity for myself. One thing I love as well, is how receptive management is to new ideas or suggestions for optimizing our systems. My managers and executive team are open to continuing to grow and develop not only their personnel but the services that Pre-Employ provides. With that objective in mind, they are always questioning and asking their team in the field what would they suggest moving forward and take our ideas into consideration. We are given the option for full benefits including dental, medical, vision and 401 k. We are also given a free membership to a fully serviced fitness facility including a tennis club and year round swimming pool. Family members get a discounted rate as well.
