Pros
Pre-employ is a great company to work for. They're flexible and treat their employees like family. Most of us have been here for a very long time and enjoy what we do. I value the relationships I have built here and the experience I have gained in a field I would otherwise know nothing about.
Cons
There isn't a formal, consistent process for potential advancements or raises.
