Pros
Praxis Labs has some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. Every one is incredibly brilliant, thoughtful, and kind, and they all genuinely care about the mission! I love the diversity of the team, there’s something about being able to see yourself represented across your colleagues and members of the leadership. The compensation is fair, the benefits are solid, remote & flexible work = happy! The culture at large are people who genuinely care about one another, and I really appreciate that. - there’s no shortage of opportunities to learn and grow. But, you’ve gotta take the lead on it yourself. And that’s not for everybody, but it works for me.
Cons
- sometimes people don’t say the “real” thing. Because everyone is so kind, it’s hard to cut through the noise and actually be honest. - big expectations, small company. We want it all, and we want it all right now. Sometimes we get a little ahead of ourselves on what’s possible given our size/resources.
