There were no bad day everyday was a new learning experience

They help almost any individual who is undocumented, is homeless, and has a terminal illness

Their no positive office culture. Super complicated place to work. They they are never satisfied and constantly nag to the point of harassment. Management are very misleading and support office gossip, hold everyone accountable, and periodically throw individuals under the bus. They deeply lack in employee training. There is constant negative talk about the agency being done. The Head of Operations speaks to employees with harsh tones, sarcasm, and is disrespectful to the point that the office becomes a hostile work environment, that pushes employees to chose to look for employment elsewhere. Both PD and Head of Operation make Praxis a very undesirable place to work at. There is no respect being enforced, or being lead by example. For now...I would not recommend this employer to anyone. This is an employer that lacks is Professionalism, Respect, Boundaries.
