I personally did not experience any real cons in my role.

Praxell offers a flexible work environment where you are encouraged to provide creative and innovative ideas to improve and refine existing processes. New ideas and concepts are constantly being implemented so thinking outside the box is a must. This is not a place where there is a lot of hand holding and independent work ethic is strongly encouraged. If you like to solve problems, think critically and not be micro managed you will enjoy working here, if you lack ambition and like to feel sorry for yourself, you will not.
