      Good competitive salary, great team of people

      Cons

      Site is run in an archaic and disorganised way. Management do not take responsibility for decisions and constantly criticise and blame those below for the companies failings. Staff are not listened too and do not feel valued in their roles.

      Company truck, 401k, okay pay! Untaxed perdiem.

      Cons

      Poor leadership! Very disorganized but, I have worked for other companies and it seems to be the industry’s standard. No life usually 5 to 6 weeks on and maybe 1 week off. Not great benefits, no vacation just 12days holiday and sick leave. More training.
