      the union is submissive to the administration the various initiatives rarely connect to student needs a lot of politics at the top

      Pros

      Grateful for the experience as a TRiO math SSS tutor here. Able to really take advantage of multiple different resources here to become a better tutor.

      Cons

      Pay not enough. Needs more full time tutoring positions to keep support services around.
