Pathetic HR Managment and people working with the MIS, MCS and Programs are not reliable at all - Senior Team Member Pragya Employee Review

The HR management is one of the worst part of the organisation. It comes up with all stupid restrictions such as not having snacks on your desk, even if you are sick! The grace period for entry is just 5 minutes no matter how far you stay and they won't consider even a single genuine reason behind it! Field management is not at all good. Whereas there are people in MIS/MCS who have no professional skill and this hampers work of other staff! These members are more into unwanted relationship and personal talks rather than doing some real work! Even after reading this someone wants to join the organisation, then God Bless You!!!
