      Pros

      The company's culture is motivating. Team discuss about the projects and help each other. Senior team members are very helpful and motivate others. Team can experiment and learn new things.

      Cons

      Company lacks leadership guidance. The C-suite are not that aware about the market and try to push their ideas irrespective of what market demands.
