Pros

Modern tech stack. The cyber security space is booming.

Cons

Poor Work-Life Balance: Employees often find themselves working excessively long hours, with little regard for personal time or rest. Unpredictable Leadership: The CEO frequently changes strategic direction, resulting in significant instability. During my tenure, I witnessed the engineering team being restructured twice, and I've heard that they laid off another team after my departure. The attempt to expand in India was short-lived, with the team being disbanded just six months later. The CEO's decisions often seem short-sighted, as evidenced by the turnover of three different CTOs. Lack of Job Security: The company conducts multiple silent layoffs across various business units, leading to uncertainty and insecurity among employees.

Pros

Tons of freedom to design, build, and experiment. You’ll work alongside some of the smartest and most capable people in offensive security. The work is fast-paced, creative, and constantly pushes you to improve. If you want to learn and grow quickly, this is the place.

Cons

It’s a pressure cooker. The pace is nonstop, priorities change constantly, and leadership often feels unsure of what direction to take. You’ll be asked to do a lot, often with shifting goals and little clarity. Burnout is common.
