Pros

Good work from home arrangements. Big on diversity. Wide range of ethnicities.

Cons

This is the most toxic company I've ever worked for. There's a small group of stale people on the leadership team that will do whatever it takes to protect their positions and their clique. The environment is one where you are expected to worship these ELT members. But god forbid dont make any suggestions for improvement as this  leadership take that as a challenge to their ideas so expect to find yourself blacklisted,  on the outside of their clique and doomed for removal. Despite any of your good contributory intentions you might as well dust off your resume cos they'll manage you out. Unfortunately I often found myself managing the interal politics and tiring toxicity before getting my work done. This has lead to a lot of the better employees leaving. The operational processes are very hectic with high staff turnover so there's lots of mistakes, blaming and complaining. Its like you are forever putting out little fires. Annual salary increase is around 3% if you are lucky. Bonus pay dismal if any. LTI and STI have recently been set so high the company hasnt hit any targets so nil shares offered as an incentive. Nil company culture to reward and acknowledge staff. No appreciation of anyone.

Pros

People who work here, below a managerial level work hard to try and make the place pleasant.

Cons

Unfortunately, in my tenure I haven't seen a single initiative the executive team decided to work on completed to a degree where clients have been pleased, and the people on the ground are the ones who cop it.
