      Pros

      Amazing people and a very supportive team. Room for personal growth, always open to new ideas and creative discussions. Great variety of tasks and a great amount of different projects to participate in.

      Cons

      Project delivery is often delayed and soft deadlines are pushed back regularly. Priorities change too frequently leaving many projects unfinished to be picked up later.

      Pros

      People who work here, below a managerial level work hard to try and make the place pleasant.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, in my tenure I haven't seen a single initiative the executive team decided to work on completed to a degree where clients have been pleased, and the people on the ground are the ones who cop it.
