Worldwide company. If you are patient you can make a good career. It can take you 5 years to get promoted. There is always trainings for the team to keep informed about the collection and how to do an excellent customer service.
Cons
The brand is loosing prestigious. As the customers are not buying as they used to, the directors think its a staff fault.
